Most progress doesn't come from intensity. It comes from the boring habits you keep when no one is watching.
Over the years, the clients who get the biggest results all do roughly the same five things — and almost none of them are about willpower.
1. They protect sleep like it's a contract. 2. They walk every day, even if it's ten minutes. 3. They eat protein at every meal. 4. They write down what they want, weekly. 5. They strength-train at least twice a week.
None of those are sexy. All of them compound.
